Repeating rows based on cell value

Hi
Here's an example of what I am trying to do.
Column AE is just an id 1:150
Column AG is instances of each id.
Column AH is where I need each instance of the ID to appear.
An id with no instances do not appear in the list.
Your help is greatly appreciated!
