highlight right click insert cells shift down
repeat the task over and over again,
any suggestions...

re the actual prob - depends why & where you're doing it over & over - care to describe the problem you're trying to solve?

just manouvering (?) sections around neccesitates inserting blocks of cells. for instance require extra blank cells below b4:e4, four lots of rows at this width.
right click insert shift cells down
repeat for four iterations.
