I have a spread sheet with lot data and few cells are colour. I need to replace the cell value which is colour and has specific text.

For example ;

I have a cell marked in red and has text "SSC Lodz", i want to replace it with "SSC Pune" and same if I have "SSC Pune" i want to replace it with "0".

Repeat Last Command
Pressing F4 adds dollar signs when editing a formula. When not editing, F4 repeats last command.
You can use conditional formatting to achieve this, you can select both the cell value and the cell format. In old versions of excel you can find it under the format tab.

Select your column and then the format tab and then conditional formatting and select your criteria.
