Replace multiple spaces within a text with single Space

Hey,

I have a query regarding Replace multiple spaces within a text with single Space.
I have text within a cell where I have multiple spaces between to characters, I want to replace those multiple spaces with one space only.
Does anyone have a formula for that??

Exp: before - I am Sam Peter.
After- I am Sam Peter.

Suppose in a cell I have a below text
I am Sunil and I am from Delhi

I want this text like this-
I am Sunil and I am from Delhi (Just want to remove multiple spaces between the characters within the text)

I have random number spaces between to characters. somewhere it's 2 somewhere it's 3 somewhere 4 and so on.
