this is my formula and i would like it to return a blank instead of #N/A when the match isn't found.
=IF(B32*1.02>((VLOOKUP($A32,yoe,13,FALSE))),VLOOKUP($A32,yoe,13,FALSE),B32*1.02)

What does custom number format of ;;; mean?
Three semi-colons will hide the value in the cell. Although most people use white font instead.
