Hi,

I want replace the numbers which are greater than 79 with the text "Completed". How to do that? can anyone please help?

Excel Facts

What do {} around a formula in the formula bar mean?
{Formula} means the formula was entered using Ctrl+Shift+Enter signifying an old-style array formula.

Would you care to post a sample along with the output that goes with it?

Hi, if I've understood correctly you can do that with normal cell formatting - try formatting the cells with a custom format of:
Code:
[>79]"Completed";General
