I am looking for help on writing a macro that will perform replacement that will
replace the values from A1 to the end of the first row on Sheet 2 with the values from C2 to the end of the column C, assuming they have the same number of values.
Is this even possible?

Press F7 to start spell check in Excel. Be careful, by default, Excel does not check Capitalized Werds (whoops)
Are you replacing A1 down column A or to the right, through the columns?
