Replicate data from master list but with blank rows between column C different data

Hi all,

I have a master list of data and would like to use another tab with selected data from the master list but need to have it a more presentable format
My idea would be to have spaces in between the data when the data in Column C changes

so example would be rows 1-10 would have the same number in then another 8 rows of different numbers etc
i would like to replicate the first 10 rows then 2 blank rows then the next 8 rows etc

There is more data across C,D,E,F,G,H
