very basic question, need help

Im making a high school report card and need help on lowest, and highest mark

ie..

Course Mark

chem 90
phy 89
math 76
bio 64

i want to show the highest and lowest mark at the bottom of the card, so i use =b6, the lowest row ( i sort them highest to lowest)....but my question is howdo i do this if someone is taking more than 4 courses or less? then the results would be messed up a little. Thanks for your reply and time

Excel Facts

What do {} around a formula in the formula bar mean?
{Formula} means the formula was entered using Ctrl+Shift+Enter signifying an old-style array formula.
Use SMALL and LARGE (or MIN and MAX)
