Report Problems

I am trying to create a report with a list of residential lots for various subdivisions and the status of these lots. If I do a crosstab query it gives me the "count of" and if I run a regular query or report it is about 100 pages long. I would like everything to be arranged so that I have subdivision 1 as my row name, they as column names: "hold,sold,spec,model,open,etc...." and below those columns return the actual lot #. I have tried everything I know (which is limited). I have run a pivot table which turned out exactly how I wanted it with the exception of each row (subdivision) only being able to have about 25 lots visible at one time. To see more I had to click on that column and row, then scroll through the rest of the lot #'s. I need to be able to print this report not just view it on screen. I would REALLY appreciate any help.
Thanks,

When did Power Query debut in Excel?
Although it was an add-in in Excel 2010 & Excel 2013, Power Query became a part of Excel in 2016, in Data, Get & Transform Data.
I have tried to use max, but it only shows the lot with the highest number, I am trying to list all of them (as many as 100 in some areas). I really appreciate your help.
