I'm having a problem getting Access to print reports in a specified format, let me explain. The reports I need can fit four on a standard 8 1/2 x 11 sheet of paper, the problem is in getting the reports to print properly. I can get Access to print the reports by dividing the page into fourths horizontally...that is four separate reports down the page...but that isn't what I need...I need the reports to print out with the page divided into fourths....like a "plus sign" with each report having different information that is put in Access. Like I said...I can get the reports to fit if the page is divided into four rows but not the other way. How can I fix this? I hope I've made myself clear.

Excel Facts

Copy formula down without changing references
If you have =SUM(F2:F49) in F50; type Alt+' in F51 to copy =SUM(F2:F49) to F51, leaving the formula in edit mode. Change SUM to COUNT.
If you want four pages of the same report to print the way you describe, set the report width to half a page wide, then go to Page Setup in the file menu and change the columns setting to 2. That should get you started in the right direction.
If you want four completely different reports on one page you will have to use subreports.

Thanks....I have already tried that but maybe I'm not specifying the right measurements for the report. Each report is just under 4" by 5" so it should work...I'll check the form design on it again. This would help alot of school bus drivers if I can get it to work!
