Hello everyone,
we're working on an Access project and we're having a hard time finding out how to populate comboboxes on a form. It's a continuous form and for each line, we populate a combobox (based on a query) with possible answers that the user will select. The particularity is that the comboboxes are populated with different choices depending on the question (which is on the same line of the combobox).

We made a query in VBA and we know it's working. However, we can't find where to put it so it requery at the good time. We tried to put the requery on the On Load event of the combobox and on the On Load of the Detail of the form, but it doesn't work.

In my opinion, all we need to know is: on which event do we put the requery procedure so that query is run each time a line is generated on the continuous form.

Thanks!

Excel Facts

How can you turn a range sideways?
Copy the range. Select a blank cell. Right-click, Paste Special, then choose Transpose.
1. each line will have the same exact combobox values
2. if you change records then you can change the combobox values BUT again it is for ALL recs, and this is a lot of computing for simply changing records.

I think you need a different method.

That's what we thought. After numerous tries, we're going to manually build the forms.

Thanks
