Hello friends..

I have heard many good things about this forums and thats the reason why I am for a solution. I hope I can get it :)

I have 2 Excel sheets - Excel 1 and Excel 2
Excel 1 has Columns- Type, ID and Report #
Excel 2 has Columns- Report #, Name and Type ID

I do all the data entry in Excel 1. Basically, what I want is-Data that I am entering in Excel 1 should reflect in Excel 2.

For eg.

Excel 1:

Type ID Report #
ER 001 50, 51, 52
PR 002 51, 60
JR 003 50, 52

Excel 2:

Report # Name Type ID
50 Jack Dale ER001, JR003
51 John Smith ER001, PR002
52 Maria Sret ER001, JR003
60 James Waugh PR002

Report #'s that I enter in Excel 1 has Type and ID associated to it. So, I want those Type IDs be reflected in Excel 2 (in Column 3) based on the Report # I have entered in Excel 1 (Column 3). If there are multiple Type ID, it should be separated by comma as shown in example. I would need a function that I can enter in Excel 2 in Column 3 so I can get the desired Type ID. Hope I am clear in explaining the requirement.
I have sample Excel sheets with data. These are just for examples, I have many sheets where I will use this formula.
Please help. Thanks so much in advance.

Regards,
Cameilla
