Rescale picture

Hi,

I have inserted a picture on my userform but it is massive and i cant even see the image

How can i show the image but on a smaller view?

Right click on the picture, select "Format Picture" from the popup menu that appears, select the "Size" tab and change the height/width fields on either the "Size and rotate" panel or the "Scale" panel (depending on if you know the exact size you want to make it or the percentage reduction you want to employ).
