Is therer a way to add a reset button into a sheet in order to reset values that had been chosen in lists? or to get the sheet back to the original document without using the "save as" option?

thanks

What is the shortcut key for Format Selection?
Ctrl+1 (the number one) will open the Format dialog for whatever is selected.
Try the "Undo" arrow in the Standard toolbar. If that doesn't work, you will have to do Close your spreadsheet, then reopen it.

Let us know if this solves your problem.
