how do i reset the countif function?

for example:

___A____B_
2_8/01_Rent
3_8/08_Rent
4_8/15_Rent
5_8/22_Rent
6_8/29_Rent

=COUNTIF(B2:B100, "Rent")

i want it to reset the count after it counts 3. so instead of going to 4, it will reset to 0.

Excel Facts

Add Bullets to Range
Select range. Press Ctrl+1. On Number tab, choose Custom. Type Alt+7 then space then @ sign (using 7 on numeric keypad)
Maybe ...

=MOD(COUNTIF(B2:B100, "Rent"), 4)

that works great thanks!

on a similar note, if i have the amount of weeks summed up in a cell, how would i automatically switch 4 weeks to 1 month and 12 months to one year?
so it would go like this:
1 week, 2 weeks, 3 weeks, 1 month, 1 month 1 week, 1 month 2 weeks, ......
