Resize Input Message window in Data Validation?

in excel 2003, is it possible to resize the window that displays the input message? I would like to extend the number of rows, but not necessarily the amount of characters. Thanks!

to my knowledge this is impossible
you could use a commentbox instead
OR
a popupmessage using the selectionchange event
