Hello,

I know that you can adjust the layout of a pivot table field list, but I want to know if you can adjust the size of the Areas Sections. (Filters, Rows, Columns, and Values sections) This is just a big peeve of mine when I'm trying to build out a big pivot table with lots of rows. Anytime I bring in a new row, it auto scrolls to the top or the bottom of the list. Which requires me wait for the changes then move the new row in the pivot table itself. Which takes additional time. I was just hoping that there is some vba that would allow me to adjust the heights of the different areas sections so I wouldn't have to worry about it.

Any ideas?

Thanks!

Excel Facts

Copy a format multiple times
Select a formatted range. Double-click the Format Painter (left side of Home tab). You can paste formatting multiple times. Esc to stop
If you are always building the same Pivot-layout, consider a macro to create the Pivot Table.
You can also "Defer Layout Update"
