Restrict Cell Data

Hello All

I am using Excel 2007 and need help on the following please
I have multiple users all with separate workbooks that are formatted and set out the same. In column A the user enters a date and I want to make sure the date is entered correctly because mistakes can be made. Date format is DD-MM-YY then in column J another date is entered but I want to make sure this date is always greater than the date in column A. What is the best way of completing this please (Data Validation)
