Restrict cell input until another cell is populated

Hi

I need Cell B32 populated if I48 has a date, and the date in B32 has to be after the date in I48.

Any help would be appreciated.

How many days after the date in I48?

It has to be on the same date or any date after.

Hi

I have put the formula in to Data validation. If Cell I48 is empty I get an error message on B32 which is correct.

If I put a date into I48 I still get the data valuation error.
