Restrict paste in particular cells in worksheet vba

Hi,

I need help in restrict paste function for certain cells in a worksheet, Allow user to data entry on the cells but restrict or disable paste or paste special on the cells.

For Example:

Restrict paste only for Cells A1:A20 and C1:C20 in sheet1 only.

sheet1 other cells should allow paste function
