Restricting list choices in excel

Hi
I have a project at work where i need to build a model that restricts the add-on options a user can select when choosing a given package.

For example if they select
Package 1 - they can only then select add-on 2 or add-on 3 in the next drop down menu
Package 2 - can only include add-on 1, add-on 3 and add-on 5
Package 3 - can only include add-on 4

Is it possible to restrict the data validation list so if a user selects paackage 1 they can only select add-on 2 or 3 ferom the next drop down menu and so forth?

Any help much appreciated im really struggling!!
