Hi Everyone. When I type in a formula in L5, the formula is shown and not the result of the formula. Im using Office 2K7, even if I toggle the Show/Hide formula button, the formula stays displayed. Any suggestions?

Lock one reference in a formula
Need 1 part of a formula to always point to the same range? use $ signs: $V$2:$Z$99 will always point to V2:Z99, even after copying
Hi Goku

First option:
Right now I am @ office so no access to Excel 2007. However, in Excel 2003 and below, Click on Tools --> Options --> View tab --> in Window options --> uncheck the option called "Formulas" --> Click on OK.

Second option:
Try pressing CTRL+` (A combination of Ctrl and Tilde, Tilde is the first character on the keyboard right below Escape).

Edit: You can try the second option in Excel 2007.

See if it works !

Hi Storm.
Pressing Crtl+~ has the same result as me toggling the show/hide formula option, it still only displays the typed formula.
