Hello peeps,

I have a workbook with a reporting sheet that picks up information from individual sheets which, in turn, have a formula to auto-populate data from other workbooks.

This works great whilst in the same fiscal year, but is there a way to preserve the data on the reporting sheet when new workbooks are created for the next fiscal year? The new workbooks won't have a different name, as the previous year's ones are moved to a backup network folder. Ideally, I would like to retain the data on the 2021/2022 reporting sheet and create a new one for 2022/2023, which will continue to capture data from the existing sheets that have the link to the new workbooks (which, of course, have the same name as previous year's!)...?

I hope this makes sense!

Any help would be appreciated...
