Retrieve data from Outlook to Excel 07

Hello,

I need to retrieve data i.e. Received from, Subject, and date from a folder in Outlook to Excel through VBA, i use MS office 2007 and the Reference used in the VBA is 12.0 object library.

I did go through some of the previous posts on the same topic but those suggestions are not working in 2007 version, I receive a compile error saying 'the user type not defined'.

I'm still a toddler in VBA, so kindly take the pain of explaining all commands clearly :). Any help would be highly appreciated :)
