Retrieve info from password protected workbook

Hi,

trying to open a password protected workbook with this code to retreive some information:

Private Sub Workbook_Open()

    Workbooks.Open Filename:=ThisWorkbook.Path & "\Prognos Maj 2015.xlsm", WriteResPassword:="test", UpdateLinks:=3

End Sub

Problem is, Excel prompts for the password, and I would like it to not. Does anyone have suggestions on how to solve this?
