Is it possible to return a 7 day week attendance, using a week ending date, from a yearly rota?

It is based on a shift pattern so there are breaks between dates.

I have a rota split into 12 tabs (monthly) and require a tab to show who is at work on a specific week, by using a week ending date (every Thursday)

I am using excel 2010 and would like to be compatible with 2003,

Hi Robert,

Thanks for your reply, I hope you can resolve my issue, I have pasted a copy of the tab for the week ending sheet I am trying to amend, it is taken from a template from another excel web site, each employee has their own ID and on the monthly return have a P inserted into the days they have attended and I have monthly return for this: =VLOOKUP($C$8,January!$B$11:$L$60,8,FALSE)

What I would like is a weekly return if possible,
