I have a spreadsheet with data validation and sumif formulas that are looking at columns of data. All works great, however in one of my columns I have text values that I want it to return.

Example:

=SUMIF($S$3:$S$34,H2,$Z$3:$Z$34) where column Z3-Z34 is a text value that I want it to return.

What would be the correct formula to use in this case?

Thanks in advance
