Return Column Herder with Most Minimum Occurences

The desired Result is:

2/1/2014
--> the "X" just once occurence (the most minimum occurences)

Is that possible?

names in start in A3

in B6=COUNTA(B3:B4) ->fill right

=OFFSET($B$1,0,MATCH(MAX(B6:C6),B6:C6,0)-1)
