Return first occurrence and matching data instead of blank in dynamic array

Hi all,

I'm having issues trying to figure out a function to first occurrence of a cell matching a reference ID that doesn't leave a blank space. The data sets are not in a table.

Date	Name	Occurrence		Date	Name	Occurrence		Date	Name	Occurrence
09-Oct-2020	Beach	0		16-Oct-2020	Beach	1		23-Oct-2020	Beach	2
09-Oct-2020	Mountain	0		16-Oct-2020	Mountain	1		23-Oct-2020	Mountain	2
				16-Oct-2020	River	0		23-Oct-2020	River	1
								23-Oct-2020	Forest	0
								23-Oct-2020	Caves	0

I want to have a table as below to show the resulting data that would ignore blank rows/columns and start recording the data from occurrence 0 (zero).

Reference Cell:	River
Date	Name	Occurrence
16-Oct-2020	River	0
23-Oct-2020	River	1

But if I was to do it to data which I currently have, I end up with something like this:

Reference Cell:	River
Date	Name	Occurrence
blank cell	blank cell	blank cell
16-Oct-2020	River	0
23-Oct-2020	River	1
