return negative values as 0.00 in cells with existing formula

Hi,
I have a cell with a simple calculation - =SUM((C42+0.01)-C44)

If the result from the formula is less than zero (i.e. a negative number) can i get this to be displayed in the cell as "0.00", but keep any positive numbers the same?

Generally like this...

=MAX(0,(C42+0.01)-C44)

Note. You don't SUM because SUM(number) >> number, i.e. SUM(2) >> 2.
