Hi,

Im using formula below when I want to update text from Sheet2 to cell in Sheet1. The formula is working as should BUT if the cell VLOOKUP is looking is empty in Sheet2 the formula returns value 0 and I would like it to return text "Done" instead of value 0. Any ideas how to fix the formula?

=IF(AND(H8="SalesPerson1";J8="Done");VLOOKUP(B8;'Sheet2'!$E$3:$Q$1000;13;FALSE))

I tried to add IFERROR but that did not work.

=IFERROR(IF(AND(H8="SalesPerson1";J8="Done");VLOOKUP(B8;'Sheet2'!$E$3:$Q$1000;13;FALSE));"Done")

Excel Facts

How to fill five years of quarters?
Type 1Q-2023 in a cell. Grab the fill handle and drag down or right. After 4Q-2023, Excel will jump to 1Q-2024. Dash can be any character.
Try this

=IF(AND(H8="SalesPerson1";J8="Done");IF(VLOOKUP(B8;'Sheet2'!$E$3:$Q$1000;13;FALSE)="";"Done";VLOOKUP(B8;'Sheet2'!$E$3:$Q$1000;13;FALSE)))

Solution
Sorry. Because I met a friend
You can start a personal conversation (using the Conversation functionality) for that sort of thing.
That will take it off-line, and it will be private, just between the two of you.
We really do not want to jumble up other people's questions with personal conversations on the public fourms.

Try this

=IF(AND(H8="SalesPerson1";J8="Done");IF(VLOOKUP(B8;'Sheet2'!$E$3:$Q$1000;13;FALSE)="";"Done";VLOOKUP(B8;'Sheet2'!$E$3:$Q$1000;13;FALSE)))
This is working perfectly, thanks! :)
