Return text string if time between.

I am looking for an if statement that will return day-shift or night-shift if the time falls between 2 ranges
day-shift = 07:00:00 - 19:00:00
night-shift = 19:00:00 - 07:00:00

Select range and press Ctrl+Shift+2 to format cells as time. (Shift 2 is the @ sign).

Excel Formula:
=IF(AND(C2>=TIME(7,0,0),C2<TIME(19,0,0)),"Day","Night")
