I am doing a document register where each document starts at Revision A. Once that document is revised, it becomes Revision B, then C, and so on. Once the document is formally approved, the revision number system changes to 0, and when Revision 0 is modified it becomes Revision 1, and so on.

Is there any (Non-VBA) method I can use the look through my document history (Revs A,B,C,0,1,2 etc)?

So if my range of cells cover A|B|C|0|1|2 etc, I'm basically looking for a variant of the MAX function to return the latest revision number/letter.
