Return values if multiple columns match on multiple sheets

Sheet 1:
4 destinations in row 1
Minutes in row 2

Sheet 2:
6 destinations in row 1
Minutes row 2 (empty)

Sheet 3:
Group 1 (A1)
Group 2 (B2)
Minutes in row 2 for every group
--------------------------------------
>In sheet 2 Minutes row 2 returns value from sheet 1 minutes row 2 after matching destination names in row 1

>Group 1 (A1) add minutes of like 4 destinations from sheet 2 and returns value of sum minutes in (A2) and same for Group 2 (B2)

This is my first time I have joined a forum your prompt reply will be appreciated
