Hello,

I have a dataset with places and prices. I want to find which place has the highest volume among those transactions. I did that with index(mode(match and it worked, but now I want to find which area has the highest value. In other terms I want the formula to do a sumif so each place and return the place with the highest sum.

I will appreciate any help!

Thank you!

Can a formula spear through sheets?
Use =SUM(January:December!E7) to sum E7 on all of the sheets from January through December
  1. Could we have some small sample data and expected results with XL2BB so that we can see the layout and just what you have and what you want?

  2. What do you expect to happen if 2 (or more) places have equal highest sums?
