Return YES, NO or "" blank

Good afternoon all,

another brain freeze from me...

I'm trying to get col 6, 7 etc to be blank if there is nothing in that column, I've tried conditional formatting to no avail...

Please help this simpleton get this (whats probably going to be a VERY simple formula)

I see, I wasn't thinking of CF, just a formula itself in G14

Hi Fluff,

Yes, it removed all the "NO" with no/blank data in the column.

But, now it doesn't show the "YES" "NO" at all, regardless of result

I'm still looking at different ideas, keep them coming!
