How do I return a column of cells whose row headers match my lookup value in Excel?

Excel Facts

Formula for Yesterday
Name Manager, New Name. Yesterday =TODAY()-1. OK. Then, use =YESTERDAY in any cell. Tomorrow could be =TODAY()+1.
The image is too small for me to read clearly, but it looks like either a VLOOKUP or SUMIF would work.
