I would really appreciate some help please

I am completing a roster and when a break is taken between 830am and 845am I would like to return 0.25 in a corresponding cell, if the time falls outside of this period I would like the formula to return 0

Where 830 is C10 and 845 is D10

Excel Facts

Format cells as date
Select range and press Ctrl+Shift+3 to format cells as date. (Shift 3 is the # sign which sort of looks like a small calendar).
In E10, write the followings;

=IF(AND(C10="08:30"+0,D10="08:45"+0),0.25,0)

Its working perfectly as per your requirement as described in your problem statement.
