Hello,

I'm trying to return a forecasted spend per month without doing this manually. I have a forecasted spend ($100), and want to split it up 30%/60%/10% depending on what date the work occurs in. The issue I'm having is that I need to spread the cost over a few months but I can't figure out a way to do it with a formula. Can anyone help, please see my sample book. This is what I'm trying to return.

Thanks for your time.

How to total the visible cells?
From the first blank cell below a filtered data set, press Alt+=. Instead of SUM, you will get SUBTOTAL(9,)
Screenshot attached below! Sorry about that.
