I have 2 columns A and B containing either numbers ( when a decision has been reached), or a "?" ( when a decision is required)
How do I write or format column C to indicate only when the "?" appears in either column A and/or column B?

Excel Facts

How to show all formulas in Excel?
Press Ctrl+` to show all formulas. Press it again to toggle back to numbers. The grave accent is often under the tilde on US keyboards.
"format" is incorrect-my apologies
Column C should simply reflect what is in columns A or B, but ONLY if it contains "?" -ie Coulmn C should NOT show numbers that are in Columns A or B ( refer to my original post- but ignore the format idea)
Thanks
Royden
