reverse concatenate?

Is there an easy way to split the data in a cell into two cells?

I have one cell with First and Last name. I'd like to have two cells, one with First Name and one with Last Name.

The first and last name in the single cell are always separated by a space.

Select the cells, Data > Text to Columns, specify Delimited with Space as the delimiter.
