Right-click menu filling the width of screen

Hi, I'm working in Excel 2010. My right-click menu now suddenly fills the entire width of the screen and I have to scroll to the extreme right to access some of the menu items, which are cut off. The ribbon drop down menus are fine. How do I restore the width of the menu.
