right mid and left excel formula

Please help, I would like to know the formula if I want to get all the digits after the "0"

009145

Number of digits after the "0" are not consistent.

Please help.

How about VALUE?

If those are saved in cells as text and are by themselves (not part of a longer string), why not just get the number?
