Hello!
I was hoping to get some help with a particular formula. I look after a cleaning business and we record each room with the date that we clean it and all rooms must be cleaned at least once a month. I was hoping to use Excel to track this information as we are cleaning the rooms ie Room 1 and 4 were cleaned on 11/10/20 and then display that in a graph so it will show a % of how many rooms have been cleaned, until it reaches 100%.
Hope this makes sense and look forward to anyone's assistance.
Cheers :)

What do {} around a formula in the formula bar mean?
{Formula} means the formula was entered using Ctrl+Shift+Enter signifying an old-style array formula.
Hi Subtronic,

Please share the spreadsheet having data.

Thanks,
