Rotate Screen Macro - Prank

Is there a way to invoke XP hotKeys? I'm trying to make prank macro that would rotate the screen with cntrl-Alt-down. When I use Sendkeys it does nothing. I did a search and found this, but I can't make heads or tails of it and it's not for XP:

I'm trying to do this too (for the same reason I think ). I've been playing around with this, but can't quite get it to work. When I run the following code, I get 'Error 94 : Invalid use of Null'
