Round a Time Stamp

I have a formula in cell C1 that subtracts the time in B1 from A1. I'm left with hh:mm.

Is there any way to round that number up to the nearest quarter hour? For instance, if the time difference is 5h and 35m (5:35), I need this to automatically round up to 5:45.

Any ideas?
