Round time to nearest 15 seconds

I have a number of calculations which output a time (formatted as hh:mm:ss) where the result is always between 30 seconds and 57 minutes.

What I need to do is to round these calculated figures to the nearest 15 seconds as below:

00:13:38 should be rounded to 00:13:45
00:13:37 should be rounded to 00:13:30 and so on

Any suggestions appreciated. Thanks.

Try eg:

=ROUND(A1*(86400/15),0)/(86400/15)

There are 86400 seconds in a day.
