Hello, I am trying to figure out the correct formula. This is to project out the employee anniversaries in a given year for cost per gift. have the day the employee was hired I need to project out based off of that date so in this year how many years will that employee will they have an anniversary. For example employee A was hired 03/24/2019, this year would show they have their 3 year anniversary or if it was 10/24/2018 would be thier 4 year anniversary.
