Round up time to nearest 2hour block with offset of ten minutes

Lond description, but I want to round a date/time field up to nearest even hour + 10 minutes


What I want
08/22/2011 10:10:01 rounds to 08/22/2011 12:10:00
08/22/2011 10:10:00 rounds to 08/22/2011 10:10:00
08/22/2011 08:10:01 rounds to 08/22/2011 10:10:00

what I have
=CEILING(A1/(2/24),1)*(2/24) gives me
8/22/2011 10:10:01 8/22/2011 12:00:00 PM
8/22/2011 10:10:00 8/22/2011 12:00:00 PM
8/22/2011 8:10:01 8/22/2011 10:00:00 AM
